This one-day, hands on, intensive workshop will be spent with the founder of Elite Hair Education Kylie Dwyer.

In-salon training gives your team the advantage of learning in their own environment, with learning outcomes customised to your salon. It’s the most effective way to upskill your stylists with techniques tailored to your salon’s standards and goals. Training on site boosts confidence, consistency, and team connection—while saving travel time and costs. Each session will be customised to focus on the skills your salon needs most, ensuring every stylist grows and your salon delivers a stronger, more unified client experience.

Cost: $3460 + GST + Mannequin cost (AUD)

Number of Students: Up to 10 students.

Mannequins provided, please be sure to add one mannequin per student when booking.

Founder Kylie Dwyer will develop a customised training plan in collaboration with you. This will begin with an assessment of each team member’s current skill level to identify key areas for growth. The session will focus on enhancing technical expertise, expanding clientele, and ultimately increasing salon profitability. Each team member will engage in hands-on training, executing two to three complete looks while refining their skills with advanced personalisation techniques.

We offer 3 payment options:  

1) Pay now in full.  

2) Pay a deposit to secure your place and then pay by direct deposit (we will send you an invoice with terms 14 days net).  

3) Pay a deposit and enrol in a payment plan.
